Organic Coriander Honey
Coriander honey, produced in the vast coriander fields of Daunia (Puglia), has a sweet aroma, like its slightly spicy flavor. Its color in the liquid state is golden, tending towards orange, while in the crystallization phase it tends to become lighter. Its spicy hints make it suitable for pairing with cheeses.

What is coriander?
Coriander is a plant whose fruits are used to extract one of the most widespread and used spices in Eastern, North African and South American gastronomic cultures.
Coriander honey
Coriander honey is a honey that, when still liquid, has golden-orange hues, then changes to an ethereal almost pearly color at the time of crystallization which makes it a dense and compact honey. It is harvested in June and begins to crystallize in autumn.
Pairings
Delicious to accompany meats, especially beef and chicken.
Thanks to the slightly large crystal consistency, it goes well with mature cheeses. It is an ideal sweetener for teas and infusions of various types.
The light freshness and vaguely balsamic notes make it perfect for a contrasting pairing with foods with fatty notes such as crostini with Lardo di Colonnata or mature Pecorino and fresh broad beans.
